This is a 45min Hiit class starting with warm ups, 25/30min of medium to high intensity interval training using pilates & yoga techniques.. Followed by stretches, cool down into relaxation... ๐Ÿ™ This will be a medium to high impact class, ideal for beginners.. No jumping or extreme moves, just great if you want to up your game with some cardio. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ Higher impact classes will help get the heart rate raised to burn more calories and fat with more reps on each moves, l will be adding hand weights, resistance bands and magic circles to my classes for more toning... HIIT workouts generally combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.. HIIT forces your body to use energy from fat as opposed to carbs. This makes losing fat more efficiently. ... The high-intensity workout means that your body will stay in fat-burning mode for up to 24 hours after the workout.. Combing hiits & strengthening exercises with weights and resistance bands, magic circle and soft balls..
